If life is feeling chaotic right now, with lots of surprising, unexpected and perhaps exciting stuff going on, leaving you feeling in a bit of a spin...STOP!!!
There is a huge need to be grounded right now, and it is important that you do not make important decisions, or take any action, until your feet are firmly back on terra firma.
The reason this is happening is because there is important information coming your way, which is likely to be life-changing and life-enhancing...but you do need to be properly grounded and centred in order to receive it. Either go outside and stamp about on the grass in your bare feet for a few minutes, or close your eyes and do a grounding visualisation. Imagine golden light streaming into your body, entering through the crown of your head, filling you entirely right the way down to your feet. Now imagine that there are tree roots attached to the soles of your feet, and they reach deep, deep into the earth, imbued by the golden light, until they reach a huge smokey quartz crystal. The light illuminates the crystal, the roots wrap firmly around it and you breathe slowly and deeply for a few moments, feeling yourself connecting firmly and lovingly to Mother Earth.
Now you are grounded and connected...and ready for anything!
